NESAD™ Central Depository-Archive and Field Office Locations

NESAD™’s main or central depository-archive is headquartered in Baltimore, MD, and a field office is located in Phoenix, AZ to best serve subscribers on the West Coast. Because this national depository-archive is still young in its formation, the directors are actively determining how best to geographically serve its range of subscribers to include commercial lenders, REITs, real estate risk managers, investors, real estate insurers, property managers, and others. Of note, no documents are stored or archived at the publicly-identified office locations.
