It is designed to support and assist the environmental consulting, engineering, and structural inspection industries. Depositing companies can quickly access their report documents, enabling them to identify locations where they have performed due diligence or other work, thereby saving valuable time and avoiding duplicative historical or other research resource costs.
Through NESAD’s™ proprietary (patent-pending) real estate “geocoded data folder mapping” application, NESAD Map Search™, registered NESAD™ subscribers can geospatially identify quality contributing, depositing real estate due diligence professionals, and similar service providers who have conducted environmental site assessments, property condition and structural inspections, as well as other physical due diligence investigations and related work on a location-by-location basis.
